Tony's career reflects long-standing contribution and influence across the IP landscape.
Over five decades, Tony has become one of the leaders of the intellectual property bar, specializing in patent litigation, licensing, and strategic counseling across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotechnology industries. He was among the first attorneys to litigate cases under the Hatch-Waxman amendments. He was inducted into the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame in 2018 and named LMG's Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year – DC Metro in 2023.
