Partner Steven Lieberman is quoted in a Washington Post article titled "Racial reckoning, new development reignite tension over commemoration of historic Black cemetery in Bethesda" on October 27, 2020.

"Nobody knows if there are bodies of enslaved or freed people on this site, but there is strong circumstantial evidence that there is," Steven is quoted as saying. "So the question is, is proper archaeology being done?"
