He has served as lead counsel in complex patent litigations in federal district courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and has handled cases covering a broad range of pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, telecommunications, chemical, e-commerce, and electrical technologies. Joe also has participated in numerous appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Danny is involved in all phases of intellectual property law, including patent litigation, post grant proceedings, patent procurement, IP transactions, opinions, and counseling.
