Partner R. Danny Huntington will attend IPWatchdog's Artificial Intelligence Masters™ 2024, taking place March 4-6, 2024 in Ashburn, Virginia.
The second annual program – a part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series – will include discussions led by top thought leaders in the industry and will cover specific technical and legal areas relating to artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
Discussions will include how best to protect AI and ML innovations, inbound and outbound licensing, protection of data, the rights to use data, data reliability and accuracy, and numerous other legal issues presented by the use and implementation of AI and ML innovations. Panels will address acquisition of rights, litigation, policy and rulemaking, privacy, national security, and specific use cases and legal issues associated with use of AI and ML in the financial sector, as well as in the healthcare sector, including but not limited to issues arising around the use of AI tools during drug development.
