Partner Leo Loughlin will participate in two International Trademark Association (INTA) Table Topic discussions at the 2015 INTA Annual Meeting. The sessions are titled "Discovery: Practical Considerations in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Proceedings" and "The Board: What is it Good For? Examining The Legal and Practical Effects of a TTAB Ruling under B&B Hardware and Blackhorse".
