Jeffrey Lindenbaum at Exporting to Asia Conference

Joining U.S. Congresswoman Grace Meng and Members of the U..S Department of Commerce, partner Jeffrey Lindenbaum was a speaker at the Exporting to Asia conference that was held on September 18 in Flushing, Queens. The event was sponsored by the District Export Counsel, the Queens Chamber of Commerce, and the U.S. Commercial Service. Jeffrey discussed the advantages and challenges of protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights in China and South Korea. His presentation highlighted some of the advancements in IPR protection in this region, but also discussed many challenges that remain. Jeffrey also highlighted some of the key differences between the United States, China, and South Korea as they related to enforcement and protection of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
