Partner Dan Shores will host a delegation from French medical technology and biotechnology companies at Rothwell Figg's Boston office as part of the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The project, titled "Biotech Investment and Trade in the United States," will bring delegates from France to the U.S. to engage directly with American industry leaders, investors, researchers, and policymakers to build meaningful connections, explore partnership opportunities, and gain insights into best practices driving U.S. biotech success. Dan will speak to the group on "Intellectual Property Law in the Biotech Research and Innovation Sphere."
As the foundational professional exchange program of the U.S. government, the IVLP advances U.S. national security priorities and builds long-term relationships between Americans and international leaders in government, business, academia, and other fields through short-term professional exchanges that strengthen American communities.
