Rothwell Figg is proud to support the Committee to Protect Journalists' (CPJ) 2025 Annual International Press Freedom Awards taking place Thursday, November 20, 2025, in New York City.

Now in its 35th year, the annual awards and benefit dinner honors courageous journalists from around the world. David McCraw, senior vice present and deputy general counsel of The New York Times, will be presented with the Gwen Ifill Press Freedom Award, presented annually to an individual who has shown extraordinary and sustained achievement in the cause of press freedom. 

Rothwell Figg's Steven Lieberman and Jennifer Maisel will attend the Awards on the firm's behalf.
