Partner Jenny Colgate will speak on a session titled "No Limit! The Extraterritorial Reach of Patent Damages," during the California Lawyers Association's 44th Annual Intellectual Property Law Section Institute: IP Without Borders, taking place November 14-16, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
During the panel, Jenny and her co-presenter will discuss the practical impact of WesternGeco, examine the specific application of WesternGeco in recent cases, and explore ways in which practitioners can navigate their clients safely in increasingly global markets post-WesternGeco.
