Rothwell Figg is proud to sponsor the virtual Leahy Institute of Advanced Patent Studies. This will be the sixth annual conference conducted by The Naples Roundtable, Inc., a 501(c)(3) educational corporation.
For the last 3 years, these conferences are known as the Leahy Institute of Advanced Patent Studies in honor of the contributions to patent law of Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT). The Leahy Institute brings together leading experts in patent law to exchange ideas on how to improve the patent system. The Institute marks a radical departure from the classic lecture format CLE program. Instead, participation is limited to recognized experts and structured to facilitate free discussions and exchanges of ideas on the hottest patent law topics of the day. Participation in the Institute is by invitation only.
