Partner Sharon Crane authored a report, published by Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Intellectuelle (FICPI) on September 11, 2018, titled "Subject Matter Eligibility Update - Proposals to Modify 35 USC 101." The report was also included in FICPI's September 2018 newsletter.
