Spencer J. Johnson
Spencer J. Johnson focuses his practice on patent litigation and prosecution. Mr. Johnson has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including Hatch-Waxman litigation. Mr. Johnson’s patent prosecution experience lies primarily in the chemical, biological and pharmaceutical fields, including medical devices.
Mr. Johnson graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2015 and from Rice University in 2011, where he studied Chemistry with a specialization in Physical and Theoretical Chemistry.
Mr. Johnson began his career at Rothwell Figg as a summer associate in 2014, and joined the firm in 2015. During law school, Mr. Johnson was a Member and a Note Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
