Mr. Treiber's practice involves patent prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and computer architecture and software areas. He advises clients on intellectual property matters such as preparation of patentability, infringement and validity opinions, licensing matters, etc. His patent litigation experience spans various technologies, such as biomedical and mechanical devices.
