Brian Banner is a faculty member for an upcoming D.C. Bar Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled "2006 Intellectual Property Law Year in Review." The seminar, held in two parts on December 12-13, 2006, will cover "significant developments in copyright, trademark, and patent law and the law of the Internet."
