Dr. Cassidy's practice includes preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling, and opinion work concerning patentability, validity, and infringement of patents and market clearance of products. She also has extensive experience in patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation.

Mr. Rosenbloom's practice involves patent prosecution arising primarily in the software, business method, and electrical arts as well as litigation in patent, copyright and trade secret areas.
