Joo Mee Kim Has Joined the Firm as an Associate

Rothwell, Figg is pleased to announce that Joo Mee Kim has joined the firm as an Associate. Ms. Kim has worked extensively on patent infringement litigations, as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications, negotiating patent licenses, and providing legal opinions on invalidity and non-infringement. Ms. Kim also counseled clients by evaluating patent portfolios, conducting due diligence and evaluating freedom-to-operate positions in the technical field of genetic engineering, molecular biology, monoclonal antibody, cancer treatments, and protein production in plants.
