("ITG"), from the National Arbitration Forum. The Forum's Panel determined that a Chinese national's itgfx.com domain name was confusingly similar to ITG's mark -- ITG. The Panel further found that the Chinese national had no legitimate interest in the domain name and that the registration of this domain name was done in bad faith. Therefore, the Panel provided complete relief to ITG by transferring the infringing domain name to ITG.
