Anne Sterba and Brian Tollefson Have Been Elected Members of the Firm Effective October 1, 2007

Rothwell Figg is pleased to announce that Anne Sterba and Brian Tollefson have been elected Members of the Firm effective October 1, 2007.

Ms. Sterba's practice focuses on advising clients on a wide-variety of domestic and international intellectual property matters, including trademark, unfair competition, copyright, false advertising, licensing, litigation and counseling. She has experience in all aspects of federal district court litigation of intellectual property matters and in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Tollefson focuses his practice mainly on patent matters, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, patent infringement litigation (plaintiff and defense) and patent infringement and validity opinions. He also counsels clients on patent strategies, due diligence, portfolio development, and implementation of strategic intellectual property plans.
