Mini Bhatt Speaks at International Intellectual Property Rights Conference in India
Mini Bhatt was recently a speaker at the International Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Conference in India. Ms. Bhatt was a speaker on the Developments and Strategies in ANDA (Hatch-Waxman) Litigation panel. Ms. Bhatt’s presentation focused on ANDA Strategies After the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 (MMA). The George Washington University Law School in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized a series of conferences and moot courts in New Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The objectives of the IPR Conference were to foster partnerships between U.S., European, and Asian industry leaders for collaborative projects in IPR, develop mutual cooperation with the Indian judicial and administrative systems for IPR enforcement, and disseminate international best practices in IP protection and enforcement. |
