The Firm is pleased to announce that Nancy J. Linck has been selected by the Nominating Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA) to serve on the Section's Council for a four-year term.  Formal election will be held at the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago in August, 2009.
