MARTIN M. ZOLTICK Member
Mr. Zoltick has broad intellectual property experience representing a wide range of domestic and international clients in patent, copyright, trade secret, and related intellectual property matters including acquisition, exploitation, enforcement and defense. He has extensive patent and intellectual property related litigation experience including serving as trial counsel in major patent disputes in the federal district courts, in Section 337 actions before the International Trade Commission, as well as in patent interference proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Zoltick's practice includes handling transactional matters, including negotiation, drafting, closing, and enforcement involving licensing, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and reseller, OEM, ISV, technology development, consulting and employment agreements involving a broad range of technologies, including computer software and hardware, telecommunications, internet and e-commerce, chemical coatings and compositions, pharmaceuticals, and apparel. Mr. Zoltick also counsels clients on intellectual property strategies, due diligence, and portfolio development, valuation, and acquisition.
