JENNY L. WORKMAN
Associate
Ms. Workman joined Rothwell Figg in 2008. She is experienced in patent litigation matters before U.S. District Courts; trademark litigation matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and U.S. District Courts; and Section 337 matters before the International Trade Commission. Ms. Workman is an avid horsewoman, and she is particularly interested in intellectual property issues that affect the equine industry.
Prior to joining Rothwell Figg, Ms. Workman was an associate at an international law firm where she practiced intellectual property and Section 337 litigation, as well as represented individuals detained in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. While in law school, Ms. Workman was a student attorney for the Franklin Pierce Criminal Practice Clinic, was an editor of IDEA, the Intellectual Property Law Review, and in 2004 Ms. Workman was a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Workman received a B.A. in Communications from University of Pennsylvania (summa cum laude, with honors), a J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center (magna cum laude), and an L.L.M. in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center (magna cum laude). She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, California Bar, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
