JENNY L. WORKMAN

Ms. Workman joined Rothwell Figg in 2008. She is experienced in Section 337 matters before the International Trade Commission and patent litigation matters before U.S. District Courts.
Prior to joining Rothwell Figg, Ms. Workman was an associate at an international law firm where she practiced intellectual property and Section 337 litigation, as well as represented individuals detained in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba While in law school, Ms. Workman was a student attorney for the Franklin Pierce Criminal Practice Clinic, was an editor of IDEA, the Intellectual Property Law Review, and in 2004 Ms. Workman was a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
