Mr. Skacel' s practice is focused on patent prosecution, due diligence, and counseling, including the preparation of patentability, validity and infringement opinions, primarily in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Skacel also has research experience in mammalian receptor systems and their functions and in the evaluation of the pharmacokinetics and metabolism of investigational new drugs and drug candidates.
