BRIAN S. ROSENBLOOM Member
Mr. Rosenbloom's practice involves patent matters arising primarily in the software, business method, and electrical arts. He counsels clients on a variety of patent-related issues, such as: patentability of inventions; infringement, validity, and enforceability of the client's or the client's competitors' patents; designing around competitors' patents; and licensing of patents. Mr. Rosenbloom's practice also includes patent, copyright and trade secret litigation. He is a member of the Software and Business Methods Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO).
Prior to law school, Mr. Rosenbloom worked as a software engineer for General Electric.
