ROBERT B. MURRAY

Mr. Murray's practice involves the full spectrum of intellectual property, with special emphasis on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, as well as other areas of chemistry, and mechanical inventions. Mr. Murray has been involved in a number of court trials involving patent infringement, antitrust and trade secrets issues, and has handled numerous settlement negotiations. He has participated in the preparation of opinions, with emphasis on patent infringement and validity, in many technical fields, and the preparation of a significant number of licenses of intellectual property.
