JOSEPH A. HYNDS
Member
Mr. Hynds practices across the full spectrum of intellectual property law and specializes in litigation. His experience includes patent litigation in connection with a wide range of technical fields including pharmaceutical products, biotechnology and advanced electronics. His practice also includes trademark and copyright litigation matters. Mr. Hynds also has substantial experience with patent interferences and patent prosecution, including, writing opinions on patentability, validity, and infringement issues.
