WILLIAM N. HUGHET Of Counsel
Bill Hughet is involved in all phases of Federal Intellectual Property Law, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications; patent interference practice before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences; and client counseling on patentability, patent validity, patent licensing, and patent infringement.
Mr. Hughet is a former patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, with responsibility for applications directed to computer software, networks, electronic commerce and business methods.
