Mr. Frese received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with Honors (magna cum laude) from Dartmouth College in 2005 and a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2008. Mr. Frese joined Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, P.C., in 2007 as a law clerk where he has worked on patent litigation, prosecution, and counseling matters.
