OLIVER L. EDWARDS

Mr. Edwards is involved in all phases of intellectual property law, including United States and foreign patent prosecution, patent litigation in the federal courts, licensing, and general client counseling. His counseling practice includes patentability, infringement, validity, and enforceability analyses and opinions; licensing of patents; and intellectual property due diligence. Mr. Edwards has lengthy industry experience with computer, communications, and integrated circuit technologies.
