FRANK J. BATTAGLIA* Associate
Mr. Battaglia graduated from Princeton University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. In 2005, Mr. Battaglia received a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science, also from Princeton University. In 2008, Mr. Battaglia received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Battaglia’s practice is focused primarily on patent prosecution and litigation in the areas of electrical and computer engineering, software, and business methods.
While attending law school, Mr. Battaglia was a law clerk at Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC and Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, P.C. where he worked on a variety of matters including U.S. patent prosecution and opinion work.
