BRIAN E. BANNER
Of Counsel
Mr. Banner specializes in trademark, unfair competition and copyright counseling and dispute resolution and litigation. He has litigated trademark rights before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal court and negotiated settlements of copyright and brand disputes. He additionally has prosecuted many U.S. and foreign trademark applications in the last 32 years and has been active in the areas of opinions and licensing intellectual property both within industry and in private practice.
